This is a foundational class for all other vinyasa (flow) style classes at YOGA ALOHA. Specifically designed for beginners, ALOHA Basics will help you build strength, improve flexibility and enhance the connection between your body and mind.  We will spend more time explaining each pose and give you all the support you need to progress. And of course the class will be filled with our signature warm-heartness and playfulness – real ALOHA style :D!
